RULES TO PLAY:
The purpose of our daycare services is to offer your pet an enjoyable and safe, indoor environment supervised by trained professionals. To ensure the safety and health of your pet and of our other pet guests, we require all of our pet guests comply with the following rules and regulations.

AGE:
All pet guests must be 16 weeks of age or older. Pet guests older than 10 years old must have a note from their veterinarian stating they are in good health to enjoy daycare services.

AGE:
All pet guests over the age of six months must be spayed or neutered.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:
All pet guests must have written records from their veterinarian showing proof of up-to-date vaccinations or titers. Rabies titers will not be accepted. Dog owners must submit written proof that their dogs have received DHLPP, Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations within the past 7 days to 11 months. All pets must also be on year round flea, tick and heartworm prevention.

HEALTH:
All pets must be in good health. Owners will need to certify that their pets are in good health and have not been ill in the past 30 days. On admission to daycare, all pets must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other pets.

BEHAVIOR:
All pets must pass a temperament evaluation, be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will need to certify that their pets have not harmed or shown aggression towards humans or other pets. Safety and health of all animals in our facility is our main concern.

APPLICATION:
All pets must have a completed, approved and up to date application on file.

HOURS:
Tuesday and Thursday ONLY.
8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
By appointment only.

RESERVATIONS:
Require a 12 hour notice. Preference will be given to pets attending full time. This policy has been implemented to ensure that we do not exceed the maximum number if guests and that we have adequate staff for the safety and comfort of your pet.

EMERGENCIES:
In the rare case of an emergency, we will contact you and your vet, and bring the pet to your vet first if possible. If a health concern arises, we will maintain a detailed log of the problem and provide it to you and your veterinarian.

Upon admission to daycare, your signature on our owner Agreement contract acknowledges your awareness and acceptance of the Amber Cottle Canine Behavior Training Center daycare policies. Thank you for your trust in allowing us to care for you pet. We understand your pet is a member of your family and we will treat them as well as we do our own.
